By subscribing to or using WaCom.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
WaCom.ai provides a WhatsApp commerce automation platform including order management, customer management, delivery tracking, procurement modules and reporting dashboards. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
You must be a registered business or individual operating a legitimate business in India to use WaCom.ai. You must have or be willing to obtain a WhatsApp Business API account through Meta.
As a client, you are responsible for:
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Indian Brains Technology reserves the right to suspend service for overdue accounts. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our team via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. No refunds are provided for partial months. Setup fees, if any, are non-refundable.
We aim to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by Meta/WhatsApp API outages, third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
Indian Brains Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay, or engage in any activity that could harm other clients or our infrastructure. This is the "kill switch" that protects platform integrity.
WaCom.ai, its design, code and content are the intellectual property of Indian Brains Technology. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Indian Brains Technology's liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WaCom.ai is an independent product built on the WhatsApp Business API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to Meta or WhatsApp.
These terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu.
